CULTURAL SHOW & WAR MEMORIAL TOUR # 1. AUGUST
Day 1 (-LD) Arrive Port Moresby, meet and assist to flight PX180 Port Moresby to Mt. Hagen, upon arrival in Mt. Hagen, meet and transfer to Mt. Hagen show and spend the full day at the show – Overnight Hotel Kimininga.
Day 2 (BLD) Transfer to flight ND138 Mt. Hagen to Wewak, upon arrival in Wewak, meet and transfer to hotel, afternoon tour of Wewak & surrounds – Overnight Windjammer Beach Hotel (2 nights).
Day 3 (BLD) Full Day War Memorial tour in Wewak including Memorial ceremony.
Day 4 (BLD) Transfer from hotel to flight ND319 Wewak to Lae, upon arrival in Lae, meet and transfer to hotel, time permitting, short tour of Lae & surrounds – Overnight Lae International Hotel.
Day 5 (BLD) Morning War Memorial tour, afternoon transfer to flight PX310 Lae to Rabaul, upon arrival meet and transfer to hotel – Overnight Hamamas Hotel (2 nights).

TERMS & CONDITIONS :
You will notice that our term and conditions are genuine. We sought only a small deposit and the deposit and final payment deadlines are within acceptable range.
Deposits: We require a non-refundable deposit of US$200.00 per person at the time of booking. This deposit is to secure rooms in Mt. Hagen, as all hotels require deposits to confirm the rooms. The deposit must be forwarded by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) to our PNG account.
Final Payment: Final payment is required by 01ST July. This is 30 days prior to the date of commencement of the tour. All final payments again must be forwarded by Telegraphic transfer (T/T) to our account.
All deposits and final payments are to be forwarded by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). Please fax a copy of your T/T receipts when forwarding the payments. This will ease us in identifying your payments or you could send us an email advising us when the payment was made so we can monitor the clearance of your payment with our bank.
